Free Software to Change Windows 7's Login Background Screen

Hello All
How about changing your Windows 7's Login Screen? Windows 7 allows to change Desktop Background image but does not provides way to change Login Screen Background Image and requires registry manipulation. How about a Visit to http://www.murgee.com/logon-controller/ where you can download this free software and customize your Windows 7's Login Background Image.
