This is an official release from Microsoft.

This ISO-9660 CD image file contains all security and critical updates for Windows released on Windows Update on January 10th, 2006.

This is more for the administrators of many computers like the fine print says,but i think this a cool ideal releasing
stuff on ISO images,and the first time i've seen Microsoft do it.

An article I read in WindowsSecrets newsletter said that MS were planning to do this on a monthly basis. It is basically aimed at enterprise customers that need to distribute patches across many computers, but I think it is a good idea for all users to keep an archive of dated archives. It means reinstalling can quickly have all patches reapplied.
