Xara have a special off at the moment on version 2 of Xara Xtreme.
It isn't the latest version but it is a good app and presumably if you want to there is no problem upgrading to the latest version.

To upgrade from Xtreme 2 would cost $59 / $159
So a purchase of Xtreme 2 and an upgrade to version 5 would save $11 on a first purchase of Xtreme (ie. about 12.5% discount) and $71 saving on Xtreme Pro 5 (about 28% discount).
Note upgrades from version 2 are supplied as unlockable downloads AND a CD version with loads of clipart/fonts etc and a 450 page manual.
