OK, I am new to this and probably not the most technical person in the room.

I am trying to get a copy of the following video:

I am doing a project on education and the constitution, so a snippet from this video will be very helpful.

But, the url that URLSnooper produces doesn't seem to be the actually video url.

I get the following, "http://s.wsj.net/media/swf/main.swf"

Can anyone help?  Thanks bunches!
