Searching For Software Programs

I don't know if there is a way to do it or not but I haven't seen it yet.
Is there some way to do a search for software programs?????
I'm looking for some type of program like the below program but simpler:

I want something that I can create index card like files that I can choose
what items to put on the cards.

I believe our forum search works quite well... You could get a few keywords from that website you mentioned and search the whole DC forum for those keywords. If we talked about it in the past, you are bound to find it
