Google UK finds 9,300,000 hits.

Maybe it is the DCMA in the US - now you can't say a celeb name without getting sued  :-* :-* :-*

It's your search history maybe.

+1 .. I don't understand the whole thing, but Google remembers what you've searched for and what you've liked on the list, and will manipulate *your* search results based on that history.

I got 6 million plus hits from the US site.

Maybe Google is aware of that restraining order? ;D

6,530,000 hits on google.ca...

Don't you just love people that post to rub it in?

 ;D

Try clearing your cache and restarting your browser, no?

oh nos! No way I'm clearing my FF cache, haven't done it since I upgraded to FF3. I find the inline history search really useful (47000+ entries and it's still very responsive :) )
A ctrl+F5 gets me the same result, FWIW. [search]

So Google (US) believes I think Norah Jones sucks? If not, I don't get your meaning.

40Hz, I think that R.O expired a few weeks back. Trust Google to mess up!

I often get weird and insistent (you know, when it insists you've made a spelling error) results with over-rated Google Search. I ran the same search with AlltheWeb and got 18,200,000 hits.   :P   I'm in the U.S.

Umm, does clearing the cache clear your browsing history as well? I didn't think so?

My bad - it doesn't. And clearing it sorted out the problem.  :)
