I don't think I will be adding a password into Circle Dock because you could just circumvent it by editing the settings files manually. However, you make be interested in the Circle Dock 0.9.2 Alpha 8 Kiosk Version:

You have to use the regular version of Circle Dock to edit the settings, then replace the CircleDock.exe file with this special one. This way, the user won't have an easy way to change the settings.
