I have been meaning to mention this for a while but I subscribe to Windows Secrets, a regular newsletter by Brian Livingstone with regular contributors by people like Woody Leonard.
There is a free version of the newsletter and a subscription version (based on any donation).
the subscription version is a readlly good read. There is a really good debate in the current issue between Brian and Woody on the merits of dfragging your hard drive (Woody argues that with current drive technology defragging regularly has become unnecessary).
