I can't read good so I use text to speech programs on my xp computer them talk text to me. them do work but them don't do something I want. I to chat room I made on line it use adobe flash I want to know can some body make a program. if like i put a URL in A program for a chat room and the program will look at the the chat room starting translate it in to sound.
