Do you need IM(MSN + Yahoo + ICQ + AIM) support robot?

I am plan to make one IM tool about IM.

Your customer will get auto reply from your support IM account. You also send the update or any file/picture to your customer with IM(MSN + Yahoo + ICQ + AIM).

Anybody need one tool like this.

Sorry, didn't quite understand what you meant. Do you mean a tool to send an auto-reply message with maybe an image attached?
