I don't see the point of this. Can't you just select your own photo and choose "Use this as my Wallpaper" in Windows?

From the screenshot, I gather that it's meant for using collages of various images?

i can't try this out because i don't have IE7 and i don't want to get IE7 just to see if it's worth the trouble..

The download link links to a ".manifest" file, i guess that isn't a good sign.

yes, the downloaded is very small & looks like an XML file but it can be executed..
