Security issue with cloud access
« on: July 07, 2025, 11:37 AM »
I am using Windows 11 Pro 24H2 10.0.26100.1.  My security setup will not allow Screenshot Captor to access cloud storage [I get error messages every time it tries] (and I really don't want this information on the cloud anyway).

Specifically, the program currently points to:
   C:\Users\username\OneDrive\Documents\DonationCoder\ScreenshotCaptor ...
when I need it to point to:
   C:\Users\username\Documents\DonationCoder\ScreenshotCaptor ...

Do I have the ability with the Preferences dialog to change this?  What can I do?

Thank you.

Sounds like that's the screenshot photo and it's probably pointing to your onedrive folder because you've said backup my documents in onedrive. I know, because onedrive did that to me too.

You can change it in the options - it's pointed to %MyDocuments%\ScreenshotCaptor\Screenshots by default in Saving and Loading Files. There's also a place to add folders for the right-click options under My Favorites.
