I know, infact I had thought a line separator similar to planet orbit to link the icon dynamically but for the difficult I don't write about it.
More simply, use separator as circular shape as point, @, cloud ... and blank icon.
Separtors should be like a normal item but without link or label and in order panel it should be the icon with this label: "------------------"
Now It is possible to add an image to CD but if I click It open the image viewer. Just you can add a lock option into item menu to block click and label.
For blank icon is more complex because if I add a blank png it is impossible to delete in CD but only manually in item file.
I know we can use CD folder to order icon but for me It is complex because I don't use windows menu and I have many item in CD so I use 4 CD instances but a friend of mine prefer one instances and all the icon on first level and for now I suggest him to add test icon or sphere icon to order and separate all item. He seems happy so I write the request :)

A simple blank icon without label or click.
A separator could be a user image which you can choose in setting windows.

Wow, great Mark, eclipse is really beautiful.
A little problem, when I move mouse pointer on an icon the label appear but if the icon have a transparent area, also in center, the label disappear and the click fault, the same problem I wrote about start menu. It's not a real problem so if it's difficult to fix don't worry.

Request for multiple instance: Instead running CircleDock.exe can you run a window setting for multiple instance (es. MultiCircleDock.exe)? When starts the first time appear a window settings like my screenshot where create add administrate new instances. To show new windows you can add an option in CD normal setting.
Windows autorun start MultiCircleDock hidden and then it starts all the instances. In CD you can change only a thing adding an option arg (CircleDock.exe /nameInstance) where nameInstance are the user titles and subfolder with settings. Or you can add a MultiCircleDock.exe an arg to start hidden for autorun but when you click in start menu it's show the window

Hi Mark, I have an idea, it''complex but usefull. For my Jess project I'm studing a system to move item in particular ways, in first instance I create a mathematical method but in some case it's too slow and little practical, then I try a table method (a failure) then... then... and a the end I find a 2 solution, one drawind way with mouse and now I chose this and an other more complex but user frendly using image with white background and black shape. The items are drawed on black pattern with distance between each other defined from user. The user can make the image pattern (not drawed on screen) with many different shape, circular, triangular, star, scattered points, it's no important becouse the program use the black part to insert the items. But it's little complex to recognize the next black area if discontinued and how use large black area so I chose mouse solution but for CD and icon there isn't this problem and I have decided to write my idea. It's too difficult also for you, Mark, with CD?

Request: Can you add "Open file location" on items context menu?

Hi Mark, it's possible to add CD to fileHippo? http://www.filehippo.com/ the same of CCleaner.
In filehippo page there are three tabs:description, techincal and changelog :)
They have also a very little and FREE Update Checker and a RSS feeder.
It would be fantastic :)

How was the item added to the Dock in the first place? Can you give me (simple!) steps to reproduce the problem, please.
Strangely now I try again and all works. So it's ok.
- CD title in Process Explorer under process description as in tray icon.
I'll investigate but I don't think that's going to be possible: Windows appears to restrict Process names (which it now calls "Image Names") to their file names. However as the Processes can be shown in sorted alphabetical order, the second appearance of "CircleDock.exe" will be the second instance.
Don't worry, if it was simple it is better or it is simplest to rename the exe :)

I understand the problem for win star menu but I don't now c# solution :(

 - CD title in Process Explorer under process description as in tray icon.
 - new type to highlight the item: shadow light with custom color and bumping (the item move rising range)


I find a way to solve windows start menu bug:
     - when click on center button the menu must show from left-down icon corner so everywhere you click the icon the menu is shown under mouse pointer and this solve the trasparent png bug
     - to solve Jump List problem when you click to center button send win button event two time, one to show start and activate start menu and the second to hide and then send the CD start menu event to show near dock.

Unbundled works.
I'll try x86 later this night (in Italy the time is 19:40).
But now I have an other problem, with previus version I had the error on close with more CD, now the second CD won't start.
EDIT: X86 version also works
EDIT2: Very Very Strange, I control the last 2 versions and eclipse one and I descover are all 32-bit. I thought all my Markham versions was 64-bit.

What windows you have? 64bit version?
I had the same problem with first Markham version but He solved time ago. Maybe He forgot to compile also for 64bit version. Don't worry, Markham replies soon with a compatible version :)

Ok, if I quit a second instances of CD the mutex is locked on first CD or, if first CD is close, the second don't find the mutex, it's right? But when the error message come out there are three choices, abort,ignore, and an other. Markham, if I click abort or ignore, can you force exit?

Right, also new version works but for startup needs to put in autostart folder and to close (rarely) you can use process explorer. Now I have 2 older eclipse version and 2 new version :)

Excuse me but I found an other bug:
In "Setting -> Visibility -> Hide Dock After Opening Files/Folders" if I active the option it does not be saved but if I change manually in config file works.

An important request: I use more CD, one for game, one for Programming, one for my girlfriend and a main for all. To switch or activate I use autohotkey icon in main CD and in RocketDock. Today I change my girlfriend CD with the new version but I have many error in startup and in exit. Markham can you add multiple instances. A setting panel with a list to change between the settings and a new tab with a creation panel and a menu option to add switch icon.
An other request if you add multiple instances, you can calculate the CD range and with an other instance open a folder in a CD in the same position of previus but with a greater range so we can have circumcenter navigation. Wooowwwww  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D
