Find And Run Robot / Re: [Feature request] FARR retina (high-dpi) aware ?
« Last post by mouser on December 13, 2016, 02:17 PM »
If you go into the font override options tab and set the flag to use your custom font overrides and then change the fonts to something like Arial, is there any improvement or is it still blurry?
If you exit FARR and then create a new shortcut to FARR but right-click on the shortcut property and in compatibility tab tell it to disable scaling, any improvement?

Ah I see.. Ok there might be a way, by modifying the manifest to say that FARR is DPI aware and then setting custom font settings in options.

What exactly would it mean to make it retina display aware?  What would be the difference?

Ok so you want to launch the last page of the scrolling window capture tool on an arbitrary image, presumably this page:
scsnip.PNG

Can you explain what functions on that page you can actually make use of?

Hammock update: It's holding up great and I love it.

I am now seriously considering building my second piece of "fine" furniture, a large chest of drawers/armoire.  I'm afraid it will take me too long to do, cost too much, and that I will struggle getting the drawers to fit again.  My rationale brain tells me to buy a second hand one and save lots of money and energy and time.  But the part of my brain that is rogue is telling me that if I don't build it myself I will regret the lost opportunity/excuse to do so :(

An android widget is not supposed to update super frequently, in order to reduce cpu use.  I could add an option to make it update more frequently.

Screenshot Captor / Re: Upload to Easycaptures.com
« Last post by mouser on December 09, 2016, 12:08 PM »
If you can find a shell extension right-click uploader for EasyCaptures then you can simply right-click on the image in the thumbnail list to upload it -- or if you find an EasyCapture uploader that supports drag and drop you can drag your image from the Screenshot Captor thumbnail panel.  Of if you have a commandline uploader you can easily add a tool to the tool menu to send the current image to it.

making a new graphic for the legendary NANY mug a couple of years back -- is it too late to offer to update it?

It's definitely not too late -- in fact we would love new NANY mug designs from anyone who is willing to contribute one!
We can let people choose which design they want so the more the merrier!

The image size should be 1662x600.

Chesterw, in the current day and age of viruses, it's always a concern when new members post executables, especially when they are so brief and don't have websites, etc.  Can you tell us a little bit more about yourself, maybe post some screenshots for people who are not willing to risk installing your app but would still like to see some pictures of it and hear more about it.  And tell us about what you coded them in, what motivated you to code these apps, etc. Inquiring minds want to know.
