Actually, they were less annoying than the ones today. They stated their point, and you winced and it was over. The ones today, you can watch the whole commercial and have no idea of what you were watching until later it goes off while you're doing something else. The internet seems to ignore legislation until somebody tries to take something away from us... then we carefully defend that one thing and never counter-attack. Then the other side says, "OK, compromise," and gets half of what they want. That's not the way to win... that's the way to see a steady and continuous erosion of rights online.
The solution is to start lobbying for our own laws. It's time to go on the offensive if we want to preserve what we've got. Let's force the RIAA and MPAA to use up all their political clout just protecting what they have.

Zoiks! That's a hell of a round. But I'd rather the hollow-point, as they're designed to frag and stop in the first target. It's safer for the Innocent bystanders that way. Perhaps I should have pointed out that the second, (12g - causes very large recoil and makes a really big mess of things), doesn't go in the first, (1851 Navy Colt - lot of fun, bit slow to reload).
