mapping_data_source::init error: file not found

I recently received the above error during the execution of a simple bat file that goes well until now.
The sytem is w7-64.
Don't happen in my portatil with the same system.
So....
The first problem i have is that the console window dissapear very quick . The above message appear twice in the console. And another message i can't read.

My bat is :
@echo off
taskkill.exe /im ditto.exe /f
START Y:\Dittoprg64\Ditto.exe

The target with this bat is close ditto and open again.

I have tried information in web but i am not able to process the information.

Best Regards

I just use ActiveInbox.  The fact that it integrates with my e-mail puts it in front of me all day.  And the fact that I can use different aliases to send to my e-mail address to automatically classify things helps also.

I'll take a look at this

For whatever reason there are hardly any GTD programs for Windows that also happen to be freeware. Most have disappeared or moved to payware models. I've only been able to find one promising candidate.

ThinkingRock....their homepage is here:

http://www.thinkingrock.com.au/

However, they have moved to a payware model with v3.x of their software, which is the only version they offer on their homepage. The last freeware version, v2.2.1, can be found here:

http://sourceforge.n...ojects/thinkingrock/

The good news is its crosss-platform. Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux are supported. The bad news is it achieves this by being written in Java. Some people don't like Java touching their systems. I respect that.

I do like their licensing terms, though, for the paid version. $39 buys a license that lets you use the program on multiple computers with any mix of platforms, free upgrades, and free iOS and Android mobile apps.

Standard disclaimer: I've never used this software. I've never heard of this program or the company behind it until today. I've never used a GTD task-prioritizing system in my life.

I use in the past (and in the present) this program in the freeware version

Why ?

Because exists an autohotkey script to launch the ideas storm. Mind Storms....

When you have a bunch of tasks to be priorized may be a good tool.

Really the GTD philosophy and other similar ideas are alternatives to the well designed CRM software.

With the autohotkey script (i will put the link...... i must have somewhere.... but my memory....) if i find finally....

As for online, that would be a Microsoft implementation.

Windows in the Cloud?
http://wctechblog.com/?p=3749

They would expand Office365 to include much more.  However, getting Windows in the cloud through a back door, outside
of Microsoft, is unlikely.

As MilesAhead points out, there are possibilities to run Windows programs outside of the normal platform, on a desktop,
maybe a tablet.

Miles says in a tablet or in the cloud ?

I would like on the cloud...

Sounds wonderful . I will try and comments the results.
But how can I have other entry in the contextual menu for this special purposes ?

P.D. I suppose is modifying the name of the script in the same destination folder in c:\scripts
and adding the recommended and preceptive lines.

I am here again.
OpenUrls is a magical script for me . OU .

I have a friend that consider the most simple ways to organize. He organizes his knowledge in folders.
Folder is a basic concept in windows operating system.
When we use the group url concept from Firefox we are depending on a program : Firefox and its addons. We change the browser and probably we have to adapt to a new situation.

That is one of the reasons i am in love with OpenUrls from 4wd.

A couple of years ago I introduce in my life the concept of initial help or initial document. Or initial Knowledge .

We all suffer the massive information from web and the necessary selection.

What I am asking now is similar to OpenUrls, but a little more powerful. Will be able to launch the urls within a folder and the pdf too, even if are shortcuts to somewhere else.

And a good name is Open Knowledge = OK

Perhaps in the future i would like to open the docs and the txt too. So I would like the possibility to configure the script.

Is possible ?

Yeah, ToDoList is a great piece of software - I haven't used it in years, but it seems to have just gotten better.

Did you double-post there Contro - or was the second post meant to be about the Franklin planner?

double-post or second post sure, but the meant to be about may be learn.
The time changes our world everyday.  And you know certainly well.  :-* :tellme:

Those go into the Franklin Planning system, which is very similar to what you put forth.

When I was using it (I use GTD now as it's more compatible with Agile), I used Achieve Planner and PlanPlus, but they're not free.  But the Franklin System is pretty standard, so you should be able to find it with a good search.

Hard work indeed.

Don't seems FREE . I try download PlanPlusWindows51_3162_Full

And the download page seemed parked, but finally download.

Nevertheless seems a web for multiple purposes and physical diaries, not only software.

Any PIM that supports the Franklin Planner methodology of prioritization would support what Tomos was suggesting.

Can you suggest the best one of them free ?

Best Regards

do a search - I presume you're looking for one that has good Spanish ;-)
Any PIM would do what I suggested - I dont know anything about "Franklin Planner methodology of prioritization" (maybe you should research that too?)
EDIT// how about ToDoList?
http://www.abstracts...m/tdl_resources.html

Have I reinvented the wheel wraith ? :)

This is a superb recommendation. a GTD software.

Completely portable and FREE

I'll take a look too and comment.

One of my conclusiones until moment is that if you want a conditional agenda or diary you have to premeditated about those conditions.

The project software does. So are a type of conditioned diary.

There is a lot of specially relevant options - one for each human mind will be the target....

Is impossible i think , uniform the same method for all of us.

It's like the discussion about medicine based in the evidence and millenaire human medicine.

But this is good for the programmers.

Because I am that one not "conform" with the "uniformation" ....
