Argus / Command line options?

This program would be far more useful if it could be integrated into the Windows Explorer context menu. While I think I could possibly figure out how to do this, the exercise is moot if the program does not accept a 'search this directory' command line parameter. So, simple question: Does it?

I downloaded and installed Argus Panoptes (under Win 7 x64). When I run the application, I get:

An error occurred loading the license information for Argus. Your license information is mode likely corrupted.

I click OK and the program launches. I then try selecting Help->About, but I get the same error.

Please help.
