This is very interesting for people like me that want to use apps like Garage Band. But, don't own a Mac and don't like using it on Iphone or Ipads and would prefer to use it on pc.

This can only be good from a consumer standpoint.

Love how they named it the Patriot Act. so, if you spoke against it You would appear to not be patriotic. There should be a law against deceptive naming of bills. >:(

Living Room / Re: Movies or films you've seen lately

Here's my list of Great movies I have seen in the last year on netflix.

1. Old Boy (2003) Not the remake. but the original (if you don't like subs the remake is still good)

2. Dredd (2012)  this was a great 80's style action movie I would stand it up against any classics, we need more like this

3. End of watch  (2012) Great cop movie gotta see this !

4. Your Highness (2011) ok kinda a racy comedy and I will admit I am a child and laugh at some silly stuff, so maybe not for people that hate crude humor. but made me laugh pretty hard in a few spots.

Those are the best 4 I have seen in the last year check them out .

No they don't, I have used photo shop and it works fine for viewing raw images, but I can't afford Photo Shop anymore so I guess I have to shoot in jpeg  :-\

Hard to believe this dude never noticed the pain, it felt like I had a cigar burning through my muscle in my forearm.

« on: April 18, 2015, 07:54 PM »
Sorry gonna necro this thread, because I found it in a search and thought it was a crime that no one mentioned ultimate-guitar.com/
in this thread. if you'er new to guitar or not go there its awesome resource for guitarist. I suggest this thread in their forums on guitar techniques http://www.ultimate-...thread.php?t=1091796 .

go check it out its great!

I also run a free website for people new to learning to play guitar. I am not here to necro this thread and get a free link to my Site, so I wont link it.

General Software Discussion / free photo editing?

Any know of any free programs that can open raw files from a Canon T5-i ?

I need a photo editor that can open raw files and just do really simple editing, I have tried gimp and I know its the biggest free alternative to photo shop. but man is a it a train wreck to work with, not user friendly at all.

There's gotta be something out there that's simple and will let me work with raw files right from a Camera.
