Ath please don't shoot at my post as your favorite sport.
I am not interested in google. Only in experts and good knowledge of software.
Thanks a lot for your patience.

I highly doubt any software like this exists.  Dominoes isn't exactly a popular game, except for the over 70's, so your best bet is just to google it.

https://www.casualar...a.com/dominoes/rules

First link on Google.  Not software, but teaches you the game (If that's what you even meant).

Failing that...download one of the god knows how many dominoes games from the play store/iOS store/windows store/whatever store you want, and just play until you work out how to do it.

Yeap. This is a question for deepers in google.
Or simpler : domino gamers.
Google has become often in an interested help. Or very dissoriented for commercial purposes. You can find information about ibm domino software sometimes.
The real thing is not to find software, but really knows about it.
I don't want googlers instead of me. Usually i can find a lot of things. But this is not a forum about Google or googlers.
This is forum with software lovers and a lot of good programmers.

I am trying this :

https://www.gametop....free-games/dominoes/

It's an old program. Seems really a desktop software for windows.
Real Dominoes.
May serve part of my targets : playing for learning purposes.
But don't give me advice about the best move.
Really my interest in domino is that when i have played in the past I show low working memory (perhaps low motivation for this game ....).
So i have interest in analyze technics to learn and practice.
