It seems like FARR or an application launcher.
But my problem is slightly different. I use the auto hide taskbar, but sometimes don't hides....
In the above screenshot I usually manage the taskbar with the mouse and is not blocked.
Sometimes, when i need to search something inside the website i can't because the taskbar not autohide and the search box is in its area....

No, that's my taskbar.  :D

It's not FARR or some other application launcher.

I keep it on the right side (instead of the bottom), on autohide.

And just like yours, sometimes mine doesn't want to autohide, too. It's the primary reason why I hate taskbar button flashing for notifications in apps, and if I have the option in an app's settings to turn it off, I do.
