Edit: Never mind....sorted out my own question by digging around Epubor's confusing web site.
Edit #2: Some comments on the Giveaway of the Day site seem to imply that Epubor's program is just an overlay and using Calibre underneath. Seeing that Epubor is based in China, this is plausible.
