I just installed the Trial version and it lists itself as a 8% security risk.

There was no "would-you-like-to-also-trial-this-or-that-program?" included.

I like the program so I bought it. After I purchased, I uninstalled the trial and downloaded again from the link provided in the email they sent me. It turns out that the purchase email points to an earlier version. After install it tells me there is a newer version out there. The new version does NOT include the shareware.  Also, I notice that the version from the email link is twice the size of the current version (7 MB vs 3.6 MB, interesting)

I used to use Anvir and have a license for some older version. It has some nice features, but the loss of trust that came with having side-installed crapware in a paid product (it's bad enough in free products) made me no longer a customer.

Maybe I'll consider upgrading at some point if the clean up they appear to have done for 7.5 seems to stick around for a few releases.

too many people don't agree with or even understand the use of AnVir Task Manager Pro. I am a fan of it, and I am saddened by the hard words written by some; why won't you be excited as I am!
