Is there a way I can re-locate this folder (and all child folders) to a more desirable place than the default? My attempts result in the program repeatedly trying to re-save the .bts files.

You should have a look at the ConfigDir.ini file in the directory where you installed BTS. It contains detailed information on how to move the location of these files.

Thanks; I found it. Unfortunately, I don't have Admin. privileges, so I don't see a way to change this file...

Then, how did you get the software installed in the first place?

Using a tool called "Privilege Guard". With a little thinking, I figured out how to use this to edit the configdir file.
