Running a powershell command line with the Quick Action menu

I'm trying to run a powershell command line using the Quick Action menu, but although the Quick Action menu invokes powershell okay, it fails to act on the parameters passed to it. How should the Quick Action configuration for this command line be constructed so powershell gets its parameters?
