not to complicate matters  
but i've been trying to wrap my head around
"what is the potentiel capacity of the WWW"?
ever since i've gotten wrapped up in iRC i've learned
about the "undernet", "dalnet", Fnet" and God Knows
how many others ...
where do they fit in any equation.
they're not part of the "Internet"  are they
