OK, so this was problem #1: you required a physical IP number.
This is inconvenient because it changes while the logical name stays the same.

But now I have problem #2: the RTM page opens in Firefox and I press the [OK, I'll allow it] button and RTM acknowledges this choice. But Farrmilk doesn't get it and keeps asking this question.

This was my first guess as well, but NO - I had filled this in with the correct proxy - the same I use with all other programs connecting outside. I have also tried using another browser. Since this is a Windows-7 installation I have also tried to make sure that administrator rights  are present.

Before you can use FarrMilk you'll have to authorise the plugin to manipulate your RTM account. To do this, open FARR and type rtm, a web browser will open asking you to log into your RTM account.
Instead I get the error message: could not resolve host name  :(
What am I doing wrong?
