Unfinished Requests / IDEA: Comport Closer

This should be a simple program  - I just can't seem to find any on the web.  I run a projector remotely via serial cable and it doesn't always close the comport and the software doesn't do it for me. 

I would like to see a simple com port closing program with a small dialog asking for which port and then closing it.
