General Software Discussion / removal tool for ScreenShot Captor

I loaded ScreenShot Captor, didn't like so uninstalled it-I thought! I can't get rid of it. It's not in uninstall, it is in explorer. Won't let me delete. Problem is, it keeps starting on start up! Help?

Screenshot Captor / Capture&Save

I am new to this program. I can capture an image and can change its size etc. But when I go to "Save as-" in the file folder there is no such thing. Where is the image saved and how to I send it to a Document or a PDF file? Thanks.
