on one computer I do not have any plugins, on the second one I can look later in the evening,
anyway, the portable version has the same behavior and has no plugins as well
I can share a video I just did that show that if the FARR run on one monitor it will disappear when I type EXCE
and if I open it on my main monitor it does not - but its 36MB so I probably can't upload it, I can send you a dropbox link - maybe via email ? or some private channel  ?

the big surprise here that hint its a SW issue, is the fact it happens on two machines.

Portable version behaves the same (although its not configured the same (probably the default) , for example, it does not , for starter, show the latest apps)
let me know if you want me to help debug ?  for example version with logs, or anything like that

tomorrow eve I can try it on a third laptop (my son's games laptop) - he has two screens and does not have it installed for ever like my machines.

and remember it happen on two of my machines, work + home.
can you try this test , open the app, move the window to another monitor (not the one it opened at) and start typing letters of an app you have

thanks, but it did not work, tried the beta , and the uncheck of the option, no change still happening, every time,  (on two computers)
do you have two monitors , to check it out ?
if it does not happen, move the screen (to a different monitor) before you type then start typing...

after playing with it a bit more, its actually change location, on my laptop, that is connected to 2 other monitors, it disappears - I guess it goes outside of any view
on my home machine (connect to additional monitor) it move from one monitor to the other after I click exc, it has the same issue with almost any other letters combination, I think the moment it get some type of mapping to a solution (one of the apps that fit) it jump location
