The most user-friendly photo editor is Luminar https://macphun.com/luminar. But as it usually happens, the best things don't come for free. The good news is it can open RAW files.

This is a small quick app (only took about 15 min) to take the current lock screen on Windows 10 and set it as your desktop wallpaper. I like the lock screens that Windows Spotlight uses so I wanted to set it as wallpaper also. You can also save the image if you want to keep it for another time.
