Screenshot Captor / Screenshot capture

Hi. I am having difficulty in registering "Screenshot Capture". I get the key OK but when I enter it, a message says it is not correct and should be preceeded by an "r" (I think that is what it reads but it is hard to be sure). I have carefully rechecked the process, made sure it was ScreenCapture, received the key and entered it again. with exactly the same result. Can anyone help??
