I've been breaking in a new notebook PC and had installed Comodo Internet Security. I too encountered the white screen problem (after it was working as expected on my old laptop). I discovered I had to disable the defense+ (and/or perhaps the sandbox) features (vs the antivirus and firewall options) in order to get screenshot captor to function as expected.
