UrlSnooper / Snooper won't Snoop

I am trying to obtain the URL's for various music streams on Accuradio.com and also for the Australian station ABC News Radio so I can listen to them on my Squeezebox Boom. However the Snooper just won't find anything. And if I try to manually scan a URL which is running I just get a message "Error downloading page", no matter what I look for. And another question: The Keyword Filter: If I key in 'ABC News Radio' should the Snooper be able to find the associated URL ---assuming that I have  the station running.  The Snooper seems to have found the network adapter ok. listing it as "Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller on local host" Most grateful for any help.
