Activation/License/Language Help / Can't paste keys from clipboard

After registering, I was able to generate license key for Screenshot Captor. Selected the whole key text and copied with Ctrl + C.
I then launched the app and clicked About ( Enter new key) and clicked again until I reached the window requiring me to paste the
license key. Clicking 'Paste from Clipboard' however failed to paste the key therein - nothing appeared in the window! Ctrl + V too, failed to yield any result. I browsed the forum but was unable to find the solution. How do I resolve this?

p.s will I lose the license already generated and if I do, can I generate another?
