Circle Dock / Program not starting on restart or boot up

I have downloaded CircleDock0.9.2 alpha 8.2 and tried to carry out an install but there does not appear to be setup.exe, only circledock.exe in the downloaded zip folder. When I click on this, a box appears stating Run and I ran the program, and chose my settings etc but when I restarted, the program is not in program files or in c drive or saved anywhere. So I have to run the program everytime I turn my computer on. The settings are all saved but the program does not run on startup. Why will this be?
I have OS Windows 7 64bit
