General Software Discussion / Convert folder with one subfolder based upon "artist name -- album title" scheme

Guys, I have a bunch of folders for music albums in the form of \ArtistName -- AlbumTitle\ and want to re-orient each of these into a folder/subfolder scheme like: \ArtistName\AlbumTitle\.

What is the best way to do this? I have hundreds of these to do and doing it manually is TEDIOUS.
