General Software Discussion / HELP, to mouseover toggle-dock ALL programs

and activating with mouseover/hotspots (all 8 directions or just corners)
a kind of "toggle" for any application bound to "hotspots"
-most, instant messaging programs have done this for years
I use hotcorners2 AND wish it had "sides" allowing 8 "launch" points
my problem with hotcorners2 is it does not check for "if window exists = bring to front" it only launches another instance
some "multpile desktop" programs allow you to activate other desktops by mousing out of frame UP/DOWN LEFT/RIGHT but programs never persist well staying on one desktop
