Steps to reproduce weird border (see screenshot below):

OS version: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.
Screenshot Captor version: 2.78.01

1. Select multiple regions, using SHIFT key.
2. Apply SpecialFX such as Add Glow and Pop Out in this example.
3. Click off of the currently selected regions.

Is this a bug that could be fixable or is there a setting to prevent this happening?
