Screenshot Captor / Timezone problem on archiving screenshots

I have noticed a problem with the moving of old screenshots to the archive directories
I am timezone GMT + 10 (+11 for summer at the moment)
screen shots from after 2pm (14:00) are put into the screenshot folder of the next day
example: folder SC_2012_02_21 has screenshots taken from 2pm 20Th Feb 2012 to 2pm 21st Feb 2012
so my screenshots for a day are spread across 2 folders.
