I have nerver used snagit, I have two question,
1. Does it support recording the mouse movements and keystrokes, or just capture the screen like "Print Screen"?
2. Does it support Windows Vista or Mac ?

What I want to highlight is DemoCreator. It's what's I use now. It creates software tutorials by recording the screen in minutes. The animations and callouts are great!
