Hi fenix!

This one (1133b) is different. Instead of refusing to start at all it runs but appears to do nothing more (see log).
Thanks for working on this

I hate to tell you, but it won't run on my 7-64 system.
I took all the usual steps to test it (w w/o .ini, compatibility, use old config… etc.).
Thanks very much for trying, though.

FWIW, I think there's been a genuine misunderstanding here. My impression is of two people intending to be helpful. I can learn a little something from either side of the discussion, so thank you both.

I don't think it's a matter of IQ. If another is better at something than I, that doesn't necessarily result from a higher IQ than mine (though in my own case it almost certainly does mean that — the "For Dummies" series was clearly written for those like me). It probably means that the other has more or different experience.

I'm sorry to be po-faced and all but it seems questionable to me.
Given that your intended audience isn't the average parent or 'teeny' fan you might be safe.
I wonder, too, how much focus you will get on the content alone versus the application.

Living Room / Re: A roaring nuisance with Aurora 15
« Last post by cranioscopical on June 17, 2012, 02:26 PM »
Well, this might be the department of "What is the question?". Aurora is the build that's supposed to be updated even faster than Beta - it's supposed to be the more stable cousin of Nightlies.

Thanks for waking me up! I see that I deployed my customary level of ineptitude when I posted my question.

I meant that my copy of Aurora is at 15.0a2, and reports itself as such. Despite that I get daily prompts to update to 15.0a2.
So, even with a fast updating cycle, I had expect to see some change in the version ID. Perhaps I'm wrong about that. Next time I should check the file sizes etc. pre/post updating.
