« Last post by cmpm on August 19, 2010, 06:28 PM »
I hope it didn't mess up your work app103.
Sorry about it's failure to perform.

I thought it was worth posting for anyone who knows about this stuff.
If it worked right.

Initially I knew it was out of my league with it's commercial applications indicated.

Not sure if anyone is interested in this type of program.
It is posted on freedownloadaday.

I have no idea of it's purpose and use benefits.
Maybe someone could clue me in while I google what the heck it does.

This is a way to set up a regular XP style quicklaunch and retain the running apps icons W7 style.
Setting the non running apps as easy access, separated from running apps.

It might be what you could do and use.
Other then this I don't know of how to accomplish your goal as I understand it.

Interesting, and true of Power.

Someone has to decide issues-the one with the Power.
Can it be done with putting everyone on the same level?

I mean the one with the power was once without it.
But they forget, and make decisions in light of their own interests.
And not the lives that are affected, of which they were at one time.

Compromising on ethics and morals have it's affect.
And becomes the normal standard.
Leading to the series of man made disasters, seen today and yesterdays.

Speak up and try to change things, you get a target on your back.

I can't remember if updating is included.
Doubt it though. That's been the case with 4 and 5 I believe.
I'm back at work, so I can't bring up any cached pages.

Yes it is already licensed, download, unzip, install is all I did.
It will prompt to uninstall any older version before installation.

I use FoxTab and SpeedDial as well as my bookmarks bar for navigation.

FoxTab can scroll open tabs and/or show them all,
depending on how you set the options.

Thanks for noticing the 120 DPI problem, skwire.

I wish the rest of my programs could see the DPI setting.

ClipTrap is easy.

This is for separate copy commands.
You can then highlight them all and copy paste to any program.

This is not what you asked for but this might work for you.

ClipTrap or ClipBox can do what you want.
There is no separation between clips.
After copy of a number of things you can then select all from a single copy paste in these programs.

I think there is a difference between real time sync and scheduled sync.

Sometimes I'm not ready for the sync to happen.
Because of possible file deleting, although they should be found in the recycle bin.

I'd like opinions on GoodSync if anyone tries it,
and compared to the others, how it performs and options.

Has anyone tried it.
866
I like GoodSync Pro as many here know.

http://www.goodsync.com/

It has scheduling abilities, running in the background, at 4mb of memory on this computer.
Or after creating 'Jobs' you can sync all jobs at once manually.
Or use the auto mode that has many options.
There is lots of options in this program.
$30 isn't too bad, lifetime updates.

And I've had to get more activations because of reformats or new OS's.
Emailing support had me with another activation in about 24 hours.

And I'm not getting paid to say how much I like it,
or some link that is coded to recognize me as the reference.

Worth checking out imo.

Free version as well-

Or the try the trial from the home page.

Logitech web cams and Windows 7 don't get along well from what I've read.

You might want to consider a Microsoft web cam.

Checking google comes up with lots of trouble regarding Logitech web cams.
With Windows 7 anyway.

Could be a router issue, from searching for answers.
Connect a Computer directly to the net without the router to see.

Living Room / Re: Do Non-Profits exist to bridge gaps in government efficiency?
« Last post by cmpm on July 24, 2010, 10:17 PM »
I do have questions regarding this subject.
And you have touched lightly on a few.

The core of non-profit is supposed to be people who honestly help people.
And not rip off those that fund it or in need of the help.
But that is usually not the case in the US that I know of.

It takes three people to form a non-profit corporation in this state.
Probably varies from state to state.
I'm not sure.

If the guidelines are met then you are free to do as you please until audited.

US Government officials are corrupt, with very few exceptions.
Out of the 545 people supposed to be running this country, few can stay honest.
Yeah, 545, they make the problems and make solutions to solve the ones they made.
And that makes more problems.

Therefore the need for intervention by non-profit,
to which the 545 are making it harder to do.

For speed, Fast Picture Viewer Pro for sure.
For smooth zooming and panning I like Imagina, a bit slow in browsing.

Image Walker is still a contender. And works on W7.
Hasn't been updated for a while but still works.
http://www.imagewalker.com/
Pretty fast in it's own right as well.

A good reason to not like Microsoft is their own eula.
As well as strong arming expensive upgrades.

Fortunately I think most do not rely on MS for security.

MS Windows looks more and more like a subscription service.
Or organized crime.

Something like this possibly?

http://blogs.msdn.co...e.aspx?wa=wsignin1.0

I was looking for a way to add the "send to" command to the right click context menu after highlighting text. This is all that came close so far. To 'send to' a text file.

Thanks, I'll put it in next to weather and use both for a while,
to see which is more favorable.
