I have no clue on where CodeByter/Carl Danley went, but seeing the github page he's quite active there, just not on DC for quite some time. I highly doubt any software like this exists. Dominoes isn't exactly a popular game, except for the over 70's, so your best bet is just to google it.Yeap. This is a question for deepers in google.
