Mum grew up during WW2 in the UK - she's about as frugal as they come and make a roast turkey feed the 2 of us for a long time! Even strips the bones to make turkey burgers and boils them for stock!

My tip - I've given up using expensive perfume and buy Johnsons Baby Cologne. At R15 ($1.50) a bottle you can afford to have 2 different scents and alternate and it lasts forever! And you smell good....

Ever since moving FARR away from C drive, the updater pops up in sys tray but does nothing! I have to keep manually checking?

OK, "Heated marble driveway".

What for? :tellme:

So you don't need to shovel the driveway when it snows.

When does it snow to the point of needing anything in the south of England ... in a hard winter you might have a couple of days when there is a light dusting that has melted (or been washed away by the rain) within 24 hours!

I remember 6ft snow drifts at our front door - in Kent - many years ago though!

Also, it’s much more advanced than Vista or Windows 7 “Search programs and files” feature.

Mouser, why don't you stop dipsy-doodling about with FARR and get on with Windows8?

If FARR expands much more, it will become an OS!  ;D

I don't need a webcam to accomplish this. I can control the mouse perfectly well by pushing it with my nose. The tricky bit comes in trying to watch both monitors while doing so.

I've told my friends over and over - If you forward anything, edit all the addresses out first!

I hate getting e-mail with literally hundreds of addresses - I never do that and wouldn't want hundreds of unknown peeps getting my address either! >:(

Heres a way with AHK. Just run the script from the directory or location you want the folders to be created.

Loop, 150
FileCreateDir, %A_Index%
ExitApp

If you want to use a batch file you can use this. Of course change the path as needed.

for /l %%i in (1,1,150) do mkdir "C:\Test\%%i"

How do I make each folder have 3 digits i.e, 001 etc. so Windows puts them in correct order?

have 1.bat go from 0 to 15

That makes 250 with some folders having 4 digits?

Thanks..... :tellme:
