Mobile interface is not hard if there is mod available for SMF that redirects opera mini or mobile browser users to that interface. Such mod doesn't affect PC experience.

With 500 Bucks Apple Mini (with current OS and Applecare plan) is much better deal. But now that you have purchased it, play with it.

Beat This Speed  :D
The scary thing is that you're faster than nearly 25% of India!

I wonder what they use for that much slow speed.  :D I'm using this USB stick to access  the internet.

Montecarlo is definitely expensive host compared to hostgator, site5, cirtexhosting etc. I mean seriously, 250 MB space for 5.95$ per month ? :down:

Avoid godaddy at all costs. Check nodaddy.com for few reasons. Go with any other random domain registrar but godaddy.

Is it just me or some good hosts like host gator, soft layer, media temple are facing problems these days ?

Oh my apologies i didn't thought of donation credit system which was on forum right now. In that case it's better to stick with what is already in the system. But i think if there needs some improvements in current section then i guess opening threads either in private or iirc is useful so that those pages or sections get updated text/respective content.

If you're planning CMS around the site then why break things with SMF ? Instead go for IPB. i know it's paid(don't jump on me with free and open source stuff please) but it has CMS with forum. So by using IPB we can quickly get things running. Just have to turn some stuff off of IPB (like sidebar status etc).

Developer's Corner / Re: Buy & Sell Source Code

Same here. Time is money and i can't code every idea in my mind out there. Also there is issue of not re-inventing stuff. So i don't think there is any harm in purchasing code. Think of this concept as PLR content which is popular in written and video stuff. They're making some decent money with their content, why should programmers stay behind. Just make sure you release code in cheap price instead of letting it open to avoid issue of open vs paid.  Cheers to binpress.

By the way, slightly off-topic or tangent  query- : I have one seagate usb hard disk with capacity 320GB, is there any chance i can lock such drives with some sort of password when they're accessed ?

Honestly, I'm surprised that you, being a linux supported, are saying that you prefer Apple's R&D to Microsoft's R&D, since Apple share zero knowledge to help the community.
I second that. Microsoft has tools made for unix platform. Apple being UNIX/BSD fork, how much actively it is helping open source ? like say mono ? or to platforms that are base of apple core from open source code ?

If mono is open source then i don't see it stopping anytime soon. Someone will pick it up and maintain it no matter what happens to novel.

Better Microsoft than Apple.
Apple excludes people from making money.
Microsoft has a long history of bringing people along to make money.
Big difference.
I'd rather live in a Microsoft world than an Apple world.
Apple = vampire.
Microsoft = gardener.
+1 (Like)

I don't think they'll shut freemium model, so don't know why everyone is so upset because MS bought it. Atleast they're not sold to apple, you can guess the next UI of skype if it were to be from apple folks (clean video window with two buttons- call/end), skype interface at high doped apple minimalism).

Why would you want to limit that request to AutoHotKey apps?

To see if there are any ahk apps that i can use to automate tasks. (Looking for ways to save time)

I don't know if this topic is posted already in some another sub-forum. I thought it's good idea to see what autohotkey apps are most of us are using on daily basis. Or apps made in autohotkey that you can't live without ? Just wanted to see if there are some good autohotkey apps that are missing from my radar or are worth to use to save time everyday on computer.  :-)

Bin Laden living in area known to authorities for quite a while.
Now that's something weird, comparing that guy with fuerer, i doubt he'll keep himself in the front to let anyone know where he lives, that too in residential zone like that ?

Osama's DNA was tested ? against whom ? as if they had previous sample to verify ? or their blood relatives to match with ? Besides that they created this puppet and they destroyed it now. There's going to be new puppet from CIA to keep eye on their gas pipelines and other middle east politics.

Sorry to bump the old thread. I found John's background switcher interesting application that fetches feeds and also changes wallpapers from the HD folders.
