because these files MUST be stored in a specific website and because these links must be included in an excel file to provide the files as evidence
it would be nice to include them inside the excel file, but it will become huge

hello!

I want to write a text file on my laptop and add things during the week, like a shopping list
and after few days when I will go to the supermarket, to be able to read this list on my android phone

is there a solution for this?

maybe do it in a website or something?
but I would like it to be readily available, ie open it on my phone without having to visit a website if possible

hello

I have links of files in a web server (or local) stored in an excel file

If the files are moved to another subfolder, my links in the excel file won't work, right?

what can be done for this?

I was imagining a way that the excel file will search in the web server (but what if the web server changes domain?) and find the specific file and update the link? but the file could be edited and change its content, so there must be a truly unique file identifier

what is the best approach for this?

I suppose web admins or database admins have much experience on this common issue!

hello!

is there possibility to click a button in excel and do this:

create a folder under a specific directory structure in a website (there is ftp access, maybe ssh) based on the data in some cells

or maybe an external program can do that better? ie. read specific cells and create a relevant folder structure in a web directory? which solution would be more reliable?

and then I need to add a couple of gears more and a connecting belt between them and I am done!

yes, the piston action turns the gear, the motion is transferred from the piston to the gear via the teeth of the vertical rod where the gear attaches)

simple shapes would be ok
animation would be amazing, but a static image would be ok

is there a program that will let me draw a piston with its rod to be a simple rod but with teeth?

then few more gears and a band to connect them and I am done!

a web script, an AHK script, a macro inside the excel file, not sure yet
that will monitor a specific cell and notify if it is still empty after 5 days or if it is still empty after 14/04/2015, etc

I tried to use screenshotcaptor, but it didn't realize that my window had a scroll bar, it said that there is nothing to scroll!
is there a fix for this, or this application just sometimes fail to scroll a window?
my scrolling window it is basically a part of a webpage, but it cannot also be identified as a frame, don't know why (I tried a script that opens frame in a new window and it couldn't detect it)
any help/workaround?
