It's cool to see Factorio and Terraria at the top of your lists. I remember when you posted about them long long ago, and how I didn't hear anything about them for like years, then they started getting recognition.

This is a great question -- I hope someone has some good answers. The trick is using a software loopback virtual device.. Some audio drivers come with them.. But their may be some third party free virtual audio devices that can do it.. I'm hoping folks have some suggestions..

Trout request that would be so so useful to me. Right now you can set the option so Trout auto-pauses playback after some time.. It's a great feature that I use when I go to sleep. Currently when it auto-pauses it puts in the statusbar something like "Paused after X minutes of being idle". If that could be amended to say "Paused at 3:31 pm after X minutes of being idle" that would make it super useful to me, as a way of keeping track when I fell asleep..

I've got a proof of concept working with the thing blink, using a simple custom discord bot.. So someone can type a trigger into discord and the bot will start the led blinking, where i can clear it after i check out the issue.
"blink(1) is the world’s best indicator light, designed to give you glanceable notice of anything on your computer or the internet. blink(1) makes it easy to connect any data source in the cloud..."

While SC will not automatically perform updates, it will by default CHECK for updates on startup. You can disable that by unchecking the last checkbox on the "Startup Options" tab:

While doing a livestream on my youtube channel i realized it would be nice to have a dedicated little light bulb that could be triggered to turn on in certain events, like if a certain person used a certain keyword in the chat, etc.
It would be nice to have a programmable little piece of lightup hardware (arduino? raspberry pi?) for such purposes..
