If that's all I had to do, I would.
I will say that I wish I would have started using the Dolphin Browser when I first started with this android business.
Firefox is okay and the built in browser (safari I believe).
And sorry, Google, Chrome kind of sucks. For my use of it.
Although the other gmail related apps work good, imo.

I understand, since I have an android, why they come with 16gb or 32gb.
More I guess if you want more.

These Apps don't even take up 5gb on the android.
Plenty of room for saving stuff.
And plenty of cloud apps that can be utilized.

I'm ok with anonymous. Still interested.
I can use Rightload or ShareX or a few others for my account.

I have http://rightload.org...x.php/rightload.html set to Imgur.
And ShareX set to Photobucket.

It works great, using it in tools for SC.
Can this tool upload to an Imgur account, or just anonymous only?

I like DropShots if I was going to do this.
It has an option to set a Guest password.

The web code for google/picasa has my user name and password in it, not good to give out for my personal account. But a new account, used for a specific purpose would be ok, I think.
The code is username.password @ picasaweb.com.
So if you make the user name and password short and easy to remember, it should work.

Flickr's email web code is 13 characters @ photos.flickr.com.
With the 13 being a word a numder and a word, not random characters.
Your account may vary.

Flickr is a yahoo company, I'm fairly certain.

Here's their iphone and email deal for example.

Google uses picasa web albums.

Snapfish looks interesting, I may have to add this to long list of photo stuff.
I can't help it, I just keep getting more cloudy....

One approach would be this:

  • Set up an account at an image hosting/sharing site, like SmugMug, etc.
  • Have everyone install an app that will let them send photos to that account and tell them password, OR maybe easier, see if you can set the account up to accept new images by email.
  • Then have your local program download new pictures uploaded to that account.

I think some folks would like to touchup their photos, if you have friends like mine.
I do like that idea about setting up an account. I'm not sure if SmugMug is free.
But Flickr and others are.

You could set up a Flickr account or another quicky easy enough with a simple password.
I don't think an App is needed. Just log in and upload from any phone or computer.

So they did away with the direct link.
I get it. Must have been on drugs. :)

So from my public folders the link plays the movie immediately without any Dropbox text.
It just opens and plays.

The other folders, using the share link, will show the dropbox logo and a download link.
And it will play by hitting the play button. But it does not fill the page and keeps the dropbox text at the top of the web page along with a download link.

Is that the main difference?

Tested using a browser that does not know my dropbox account info.
416
Yes you are correct, my mistake.
417
Dropbox restarts sharing. According to my email.
I already have the sharing via public folder, but I put this to use anyway.

The link-

DropBox can stream media.
Tried it with a movie to my Android.
And it does work.

Living Room / Re: Anti-Addiction Drug
« Last post by cmpm on December 05, 2012, 06:27 AM »
Yeah, it only costs $10 a month to get hooked on prescription drugs.
Which are basically the same as street drugs, just cheaper.

And what about those who need those scripted drugs?
And then need to get off of them?
You are weaned off of them a little at a time under a doctor's care.
A lot less money involved, and it works.

This drug is for the rich, and lazy.

a therapy subjects would take for a considerable period of time to successfully manage initial withdrawal and the high-risk period for relapse

MediciNova cannot comment on a price point yet, but cited Dr. Phil Skolnick, director of pharmacotherapies & medical consequences of drug abuse at NIDA stating that a $1,000/month price point for a six-month course of treatment was reasonable.

Who will this therapy benefit?

I really think this drug would make it easier for the rich to get addicted and then be able to do this 'therapy' as an easy way out and easily back in to addiction. Knowing that the withdrawals can be handled better.

Where is the help for the addicts that don't have $1,000 a month, which is the majority of those who need help.
It's not in this 'plan'.

Screenshot Captor / Re: Screenshot Captor v3.13 Beta Test
« Last post by cmpm on December 04, 2012, 12:09 PM »
I've tried some different options with the external tools.
The external tools option is set to ShareX and ShareX can be set to one of many cloud services.
Mine is set to Photobucket, and uploads without delay or ShareX popping up.
I did have SC set to use the ImageShack uploader, which would bring up that program,
and would have to click upload, to upload the capture.
I can choose ImageShack in ShareX as well, but have not tried it. Out of time, sometimes.
Anyway, I think ShareX is a good choice for auto uploading.
It does need to be running in the tray, I think, mine is.

Using Photo Resizer at full screen hides this option a bit.
I can still click on it, by grabbing the very top of the 'OK' box.
A good option for exact Crop Size, nice!
