I think you put Microsoft at the top of the wrong list... should be one of the worst...
It might be because it has sooo much information, but i still support your opinion, it's hard to find what you want in microsoft's site, most of the times i google the whole site.

farr v2 will have full plugin support as well as indexing.  no doubt about it.
Ok.. Now i'm dying with anticipation  :trout:

True, farr is unbeatable in the windows launch programs, but that one does look good (only look, i don't know as far as the working part).

We are all eaguerlly awaiting farr v2, mouser, whenever you're ready, just bring it up, i'm sure everybody'll help in making this work!

Glad you like it, most of us here love it too! :D
I can't answer all your questions, but i'm sure mouser will be glad to answer them more completelly.

3.
This is planned for farr v2. A very useful feature, i think.

4.
This is one of the major features of V2, its interface is still being discussed, though.

8.
The "no title bar" option was there in a previous version, but not operational, i think it'll be back in one of the next versions.

For more information on farr v2, check the several posts in the forum: https://www.donation...ch2;search=farr%20v2

PS: thanks for showing interest in a new version of farr, maybe this'll help us presuade mouser to make a new version

PS2: BTW.. ;)

PS3: Don't forget that if you like the program, you should donate to mouser ;)

I've only seen one movie in my native language (portuguese), but i notice a bit of what you refer. Most of the movies are in english, usually american english.
Still, i've already seen one movie in german, 2 in french, and a bunch in british english.

But i don't have the same point of view you have, i prefer american / british english movies, the only movie i've seen in another language that i liked was Der Untergang, which makes sense to be in german.
3833
whoa... I think that's a first!
You're referring to find and run robot, right? It was working ok, and after you pasted the key, it froze the pc?
What version of find and run do you have? In what system?

I see you're a bit :huh:, but i'm sure that if you give him a chance, mouser will fix that problem for you ;)
3834
I think Whip the Worker makes me even more mad, that guy has a dork face, and doesn't get hurt when i punch him (he always returns to the original starte). It's scrary! ;)

the Veyron 16.4.
There's load of informationa bout that car all over the internet. For me, one of the most amazing facts about it is that WW will lose 3 million€ for each car sold, since it costs 4million€ to build and will be sold at 1€ ;)
It's the ultimate supercar, for some more interesting information, check this site:

All looks in order, zeemar. It should kill the processes.
My processkiller didn't work too, but it works on my computer. That's very strange.
Anyone has any other opinion on this?
3838
zeemar: Do you have pskill (http://www.sysintern...tilities/PsKill.html) in the same directory as that script?
3839
Hi Lanux

I Installed AutoHotKey now

is this the right way ...

...
;declare all unwanted processes
;just processes' name will do
ToClose =
( Join|
AllChars     ; InoRT.exe
CLCL         ; InoTask.exe
avgamsvr   ; xyz.exe
avgcc       ; your process goes here
avgupsvc   ; your process goes here
)

Thanks for your help Lanux
I think Lanux meant something like this:

;declare all unwanted processes
;just processes' name will do
ToClose =
( Join|
InoRT
InoTask
xyz.exe
)
Everything that comes after ';' is a comment, so, it's ignored.
Don't forget you'll still need pskill ;)

Hum.. Would you be looking for something like Shutdown?
It has a tray menu with a bunch of shutdown options, and if you double-click the tray icon, it shutsdown the computer.

It says you need Visual Studio 2005, but it works fine for me without having VS.
You gave me some false hopes... The instalation didn't finish because i don't have VS installed.. :'(

Ok.. It looks like the bug is related to the damn arrows in the edit boxes. I'm going to lose those, and let's see what we get.

I think i understand your idea, Andy, it makes some sense to me.
In the next version, i'll be adding the costumizable hotkeys, and you'll be able to set a hotkey to a predefined action. I think i'll use that same system to have a "rules" system.
I'm not sure if i can do it, but it'd be great to be able to add a rules system, where the user could redefine what windows should be moved, based on those rules.

And example of a rule could be:
WindowHeight > 200 AND WindowHeight < 300 OR WindowHeight > 400

If this isn't possible, i'll add the option you mentioned ;)
3846
(..)it worked just fine!
I too think this might be it.
You can't imagine how happy that makes me! :D
How about you, nudone?
3847
Ok... Good thing i started looking for the bug elsewhere. I think i might have found it.

I'm really, really sorry to be doing all these updates, but as i can't replicate the problem, this is the only way to know if it's fixed or not. But, this time, i gave it a few tests and i think this might be it.

.exe version
.ahk version
3848
both screen top and screen right set to '0' after i click on the 'okay' button.
Ok.. At least i know what's NOT in the origin of this problem ;)
I'll continue digging, then..

I can understand you, i also have a few freakouts with programming sometimes. The solution? I handle it in a few different ways:
  • I surf this forum, and post a few replys.
  • I do coding snacks.
  • I go to the DC irc channel and i condemn the language i try to get a few opinions on how bad the language i'm programmin is (this works perfectly with lisp ;) )
  • Or, the most effective of them all, I stop for a bit, let the computer quiet, put good music, and think deeply about my problem, until i find an acceptable solution to the problem.
I'm not a very nervous person, the main thing that gets me mad is when my professors do some sh*ts, like having me doing stuff i never learned, or giving me incomplete homework assignments, that i have to guess out what they want me to do.
