Coma toes.

For historical purposes, we better show the DC banner at this time, so people know what everyone is talking about: (see attachment in previous post)
That's hysterical historical alright!

I see that Cody is so tired after collecting so many donated coins that he's fallen into a stupor!

bbc files - open immediately (should I ask about saving changed content or don't bother user at all?)

I'd think, when in doubt ask.  You could make it an option, I suppose.

Perhaps, as you say, undo would be better left until later, in case additions cause unsuspected problems.

I'm probably going to use this application less than others who are more knowledgeable, so I hope we see some other, better-informed points of view expressed.

Congratulations on your new home!
I hope you'll be very happy there.

I think everyone experiences some teething problems with a 'new' place, especially when renovating.
(New builds are far from perfect, too.)

Looks as if you'll have a nice, clean, new kitchen before too long.

Interesting write up, it's almost as much fun as rubbernecking at a contruction site  :)

I've changed tab;e tag parsing so now "colspan" attribute will be used for rows with less columns than max.
Additionally each table, row and cell have unique class name.
Wellthanksforthat

And now, for the common-sensely challenged, how about a robust 'undo' ?
Spoiler
(With history?)

Well I changed it...
Thank you!
That's very civil of you and I appreciate it.
What you did was clever, but a bit distracting in this particular context.

Thanks again

I wonder, should I just post the complete results of the survey for public consumption?
Depends on what you mean by the complete results -- the raw data or the tabulations.
In any case, I'd be inclined to post conclusions rather than data, unless you want community-wide conclusions which could become a little difficult to manage.

I see you've got only one header here so first column width is set according to it:

Thanks to both of you!

Possible to resize the undo panel at some point?  Attachment shows why...

Hi Target,

Aren't you supposed to be on vacation?  :)

As the mop-heads said,
"I've got to admit it's getting better
A little better all the time".

There's something a smidgen short of perfection in the 'undo/Go Back' operation.
The undo itself looks good but, on 'Go Back' the list is populated multiple times.

Living Room / Re: Stupid Question: File Type Change: Icons
« Last post by cranioscopical on April 02, 2009, 01:10 PM »
I feel stupid asking this, but I just can't figure it out. I just changed the default program for my PDF files from Foxit to Acrobat Reader, but the icons still show up as Foxit. It does open with Acrobat Reader now, but the Foxit icons remain. How do I fix this?
Did you reboot yet?

Thought: if you're not using Revo Uninstaller ( www.revouninstaller.com ) to remove programs from your machine, you might want to consider doing so. It does a very nice job of cleaning up registry entries and artifacts left behind by a lot of installers.

Thanks very much for the suggestion!  I had actually downloaded a copy last week, but I haven't yet installed it.  I've been unsure whether I really needed yet another piece of software

FWIW, I felt the same way.. until I did install it.  Now I wouldn't be without it.

It has reinvigorated me and made me realize how lucky i am to be here with all of you.

We all owe a big 'thank you' to the excellent moderators here at DC.
Their light touch and fair-minded approach is invaluable.
The same goes for all the regular and helpful contributors.

At rock bottom, however, it is mouser himself who deserves credit
for the astonishing success of the fund raiser. It says a huge
amount both for the faith that everyone places in his probity and for the
respect that we all have for his concept of what DonationCoder should be.
